He obtained his PG degree in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai and M.Phil. in Commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University. Besides, he has a Ph.D. in Marketing. He has been teaching cost accounting, management accounting and financial management to the students for over seventeen years.
