He received M.Ed with first rank from the same university. He also holds MBA, M.Sc (Psychology), M.A. (Philosophy), M.A. (Sociology) and M.A. (Economics) degrees. He did his PGDCP with first rank from the Kannur University. He completed his M.Phil and Ph.D. with fellowship from UGC. He qualified NET in Commerce, Management, Psychology, Education and Sociology. He has worked in the Alagappa University (Tamil Nadu) and Kannur University (Kerala). He has presented a number of papers in national and international seminars and conferences and has published articles in various journals. He has authored many books on Commerce, Management, Psychology and Education. Presently he is working as Asst. Professor at the Govt. Brennen College of Teacher Education, Thalassery (Research Centre, Kannur University), Kannur district, Kerala.
Prajisha K. is a young researcher in Commerce and Management. She did her M.Com from the University of Calicut with distinction and M.Phil from the Pondicherry Central University with first rank and gold medal. She has qualified UGC-NET in Commerce. She has presented a number of papers in national and international conferences and seminars and has published a number of articles in various journals. She has worked at Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Presently she is a research fellow in the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Calicut, Kerala.
