He also served the same University as Reader and Head, Department of Library and Information Science. He is a Founder Head of Department of Library & Information Science of Agra University; IME, Sahibabad and M.M. Modi College, Modinagar. Furthermore, he has served as Director, UIMT, and Chief Proctor and Development Officer in the SRM Institute of Management and Technology, Modinagar. He is Founder President of Chhattisgarh Library Association. He is a life member of ILA and UPLA.
