The book will be useful for the teachers of linguistics and students of the subject at all levels.About the Author/sDr. Raj Kumar Sharma has been teaching English and linguistics for the last sixteen years at university level in India and abroad. He has taught linguistics in the universities of Africa and Middle East for more than five years. He has authored three books in addition to more than fifteen research papers published in reputed journals. He has presented over a dozen research papers in national and international seminars and chaired many plenary sessions. He is regularly invited as a resource person for delivering lectures on linguistics and English Language Teaching (ELT) by different universities and academic institutions. He is a permanent senior faculty member of Ranchi University, Ranchi. Currently, he is the Head of English Department of Simdega College, Simdega. He is also guiding doctoral research.
